The Builders Association of Northwestern Pa (BANWPA) is a not-for-profit, professional, trade organization chartered by NAHB in 1951, working to make our community a better place to live and work. We are made up of builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, financial institutions and other businesses affiliated with the building industry.  BANWPA includes 3 Pennsylvania counties: Erie, Crawford, and Warren.

Are you looking for a contractor for a major project? How about just someone to do a small remodeling project around the house? The Builders Association can help you to make informed decisions when choosing a contractor, builder plumber, remodeler, sound expert, landscaper, financial institution, concrete contractor, roofers, and so, so much more! Our group exists to serve the public! Not only are we here to help builders, we are also here to act as an independent third party to help you find the trade professionals to meet your needs.  Why trust Google when you can trust hundreds of years of expertise?! We are not-for-profit. We are not interested in anything more than helping consumers solve their problems and helping building industry professional connect with those very consumers.

The BANWPA is dedicated to promoting quality affordable housing through industry leadership, good business ethics, and community involvement. The BANWPA works under both the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to ensure success in our local building industry.
