10 Hour OSHA Training (Part 1)

OSHA has changed its penalty structure. Penalties have drastically increased on citations they issue. Being knowledgeable about the OSHA standards and implementing the standards in your workplace and job sites can save you thousands of dollars and provide a safer environment for your employees.
The Builders Association of NW PA is offering the Construction OSHA 10 Hour Class. The Curriculum is endorsed by OSHA. The course will cover the OSHA standards and 29 CFR Part 1926 Construction Standards. You will learn how to apply these standards on your job site. All materials are provided. The instructor is a former Federal Safety and Health Compliance Officer who worked for OSHA for 20 years. Participants who successfully complete the course will earn an OSHA 10 Hour Card for Construction.
Class size is limited to 40 people, and is open to everyone. The training will be held on Wednesday April 26th from 11:30 till 5:00 and Thursday April 27th from 8:00 till 1:30 at the Shrine Club (38th and Zuck). Cost to Builder Association members is $100, and $130 for non-members. Drinks and light snacks will be provided.
